ADR bearing designation: A1056N

This designation is only defining the size and shape of the ball bearing. Materials and performances have to be detailed during study and quotation.

    Bearing Dimension

    Dimensions values

    d = 89 mm
    d1 = 94.37 mm
    D = 105 mm
    D1 = 99.3mm
    B* = 7.937 mm
    r = 1.015 mm

    * For Protected bearing (ZZ; FF; -2RS), Width B and Flange width C1 can be larger depending of the size of bearing, please contact us

    Basic Load Rating of Bearing

    Static radial capacity [Co] 13200 N
    Static axial capacity [Ca]13600 N
    Dynamic radial capacity (X105CrMo17) [C]6780 N
    Dynamic radial capacity (100Cr6) [C]0 N

    To improve Capacity and Life time:

    Basic load rating of bearing

    Thin section bearing - Inch serie
    Non separable angular contact ball bearing
    with PTFE Toroid ball spacers

    For Bearing Protected with shields or seals:

    Tolerance, internal clearance and calibration

    Tolerance class selected usually

    Class “T4” for Rigid ball bearing

    Class “TA4” for Thin Section ball bearing

    For others tolerances:

    Please note that A406 and A408 are under T4 class and not TA4 class

    Assembling configuration

    ADR proposes different bearings pair configuration in standard, for example:

    • DO for Duplex ball bearings in Back-to-Back configuration
    • DX for Duplex ball bearings in Face-to-Face configuration

     To define assembling configuration and preload value:

    Speed limit

    Ball bearing with ribbon cage + grease: 0 rpm
    Please contact us:TBD rpm

    Mean mass

    Ball bearing mass: 103 g

    Additional Informations

    Recommended lubricant operating temperature:

    Open ball bearing : Oil, ISOFLEX PDP38 – Minimum -65°C and +100°C maximum

    Protected ball bearing : Grease, NYCOGREASE GN10 – Minimum -73°C and +121°C maximum

    In standard Stainless steel ring and cage, maximum temperature to 150°C

    Phenolic resin cage, maximum temperature to 120°C
