Purchasing & Supply Chain

The Purchasing & Supply Chain department is made of three activities.

The Purchasing department is in charge of procurement of raw materials as well as certain parts and tools which are essential for production. The team also manages various suppliers and develops the purchasing strategy.

The Flow Planning department is divided into two distinct teams: one that manages the “workflow”, including all operations related to the shipment of orders, parts and raw material reception and inventory management. The other team is dedicated to production planning, which includes organizing manufacturing meetings and prioritizing production and managing contingencies based on parts declared non-compliant. The Planning team ensures a follow-up from customer orders to shipment and supervises the manufacturing stages.
