Methods Office

The Methods Office department is responsible for several activities related to the production and assembly of ball bearings produced at ADR.

The Office develops manufacturing sequences for the grinding and the assembly workshops (approximately 1 700 production records per year). The team also manages the design and creation of machining tools thanks to its 3D printing center, as well as the development of workshop working procedures.

The Methods Office is responsible for machine investments for the workshops as well as daily operational support for the workshops. Genuine pool of skills and knowledge, the Methods Office interacts with all departments within ADR.
