Lunar exploration: ADR at the heart of the ARTEMIS II mission

57 years ago, humans landed on the Moon for the first time. It was then, an extraordinary accomplishment, demonstrating the technology and engineering capabilities that Humanity had developed.

This time, we have gone even further: travelling around the Moon.

In the space of ten days, the crew of four American astronauts have left from Florida to fly around the Moon before coming back down to Earth.

This ARTEMIS II mission has unlocked a full new potential: providing us with new photographs and new information about the dark side of our natural terrestrial satellite.

ADR is proud to have contributed to this new crucial step in the history of space exploration. It is the result of a century of know-how and innovation; turning ambitious projects like these into reality.

ADR will also be present on the next ARTEMIS missions aiming to establish a constant human presence on the Moon.
